The visiting golfers were yesterday the guests of the Killarn Club where in a friendly game local players beat a team of visitor players, including Horton and Quin by six games to two. Owing to an alteration in the steamer arrangements, in consequence of the Ulimnroa’s postponed sailing, New Zealand golfers are returning in the ALaheno to-morrow, abandoning a number of functions arranged in their honour.
