A CHRISTCHURCH COMPLAINT CHRISTCHURH, June 15. “Tlio Railway Department are very bad offenders in this matter” said the Mayor (Rev. Archer), when discussing the obstruction to view of drivers of vehicles. “I am told in connection with the smash at Colombo St. crossing when a railway engine Hit a tramcar. that the matorman could not see the engine approaching, because of an advertising hoarding erected there by the Railway Department.
