FOOTBALL.
[by TEI.EGBArH —PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON RUG BY. WELLINGTON. June 13. The results of the senior Rogov football in Wellington so far show a great evenness in the play of ten sides in the senior A division. Seven are only separated by two points. M bile the forward play is up to the mark, a scarcity of conspicuous backs is most noticeable, ad it does not bode well for Wellington's representatives in the team for Africa. Apart from M. Nicholls it is doubtful if there is another back at present who can claim to be in the front rank.
