HAMILTON’, June 0. At tlic Supreme Court to-day Horace Moyle was sentenced to six months’ hard labour on a charge- of unlawfully knowing a girl of fourteen years. I'M ward William House was acquitted on a charge of causing the death of a girl, who was run over by his lorry at Frankton in March last.
