FRESH FLOODS. NEW YORK, June 6.

News from Little Rock, in Eastern Arkansas, states that the farmers, who have been engaged in rehabilitation work, have been again driven to the hills, as new floods have- come down, which threaten to devastate the Crittenden County.

The residents, who had but recently, abandoned the relief camps in the* mountains, to which they had been confined since the first outbreak of the flood, made a start in advance "ith the work of reconstruction. Now this impending torrent, which is the result of an overflow from the States largest rivers, threatens to drive upwards of twenty thousand people back to the bills. This trouble has been feared for the past few days, owing to torrential rains.

Mr Hoover's aides have therefore remained in the vicinity, preparatory to lending assistance. All the streams are practically in a flooded state again. The authorities anticipate that any moment there will he new breaks in the levees subsequent to the reflooding.
