SOVIET DELEGATES GOOD-BYE LONDON, June 3.
M. Rosengoltz, in a valedictorystatement, said that he had learned to love Britain, whose people’s friendly relations with the Soviet were not weakened, despite the severance of relations He regretted that members of the Cabinet, particularly Lord Birkenhead and Mr Churchill, persistently indulged in propaganda against the Soviet. It would be a misfortune not to curb the fanatics growing hostility. Anglo-Russian relations had been treated in Britain as a card in the party game. It would bate been more honourable to sacrifice one Minister’s prestige Hunt it continuance of international friendship. The Government would be responsible for the result of the insane step. Nothing could withstand the victory of the Chinese Nationalist revolution.
MOS( OW REPORTS. MOSCOW. June 3. It is officially denied that Vladivostock is closed to British shipping. The British trade mission has left for London.
