'Australian Press Association & Sun.) A MISSING DOCUMENT. (Received this dav at 9.30 a.in.) LONDON, .May 31. In the House of Commons, Mr l.ansbury inquired what date the photographic copy of the War Office document came into the Government’s possession.
Mr Hacking (Under-Secretary of Homo Affairs) replied that the infor"iTi'fttion that it was missing, together with the Areas copy thereof, was received simultaneously on the 11th May.
CANADA’S NOTE. OTTAWA. May 30.
Canada dispatched, a note to Moscow declining the Soviet Mission's urgent request to reconsider the decision .to end tlie Trade Treaty. The document alluded to the special privileges accorded the Soviet Mission in Canada, pointing out that its undertaking of propaganda was subversive of British institutions, and was specifically understood to cease throughout the Empire, evidence to the contrary having heen secured by the British Government. Canada feels constrained to abrogate! the arrangement.

Sir A. Chamberlain announced Novar consented to take charge of the British affairs in Russia after the withdrawal of the British misson.
