Thereupon Pugh supported his resolution recognising the maintenance of world pence depends largely upon principles, and'economic policies which the conference unanimously adopted. Tic said they formed the basis of a memoranda. presented on behalf ot British labour organisation, emphasising that unless the nations economic activities and rivalries can he controlled and directed in common interests, a stable peace would he impossible. The Soviet delegate intimated he would support the resolution.
