Owing to The Labourites’ obstrueti- n only seven words of the Trades Disputes Rill have been discussed and passed by the House of Commons Committee in eighteen hours. The Government therefore is determined to use the guillotine on Monday, when a timetable motion will he submitted, allotting twelve days for the Committee stage, three days for the report stage, mid a single day for the third reading. LONDON, May 14.
