CHARGE OE STEALING SACKS. CHRISTCHURCH, .May 11. At the Supreme Court before .Justice Adams, Samuel Crawford Rodgers was found not guilty on charges of stealing sacks and receiving sacks knowing them to have been dishonestly obtained. .

Stanley Keebfc Clark was charged in the Supreme Court with setting fire to his home in Victoria ('resent-, Newmarket. He was found not guilty. Tn discharging the accused Air Justire Stringer warned him to keep away from drink. If he came hack again ho was warned drink would not ba taken as an excuse.
