The “Daily Herald” states that the. real discoverer of the pendulum stroke was .fames Peperroll, formerly billiards instructor at London Polytechnic. He thought it out years ago and confided it to Claude Falkinor. who was unable to exploit it. HUGE BREAK. LONDON. April 28. In the billiard mutch. Reece (playing) is 5223. and .Peall 4-185. Reece s break is -till unfinished. It stood at 3156 when play closed. Davis (playing) is 5334, as against Newman's 4913.
