AIR NAVIGATION. LONDON, April 27. Twenty-two nations were represented at the international air navigation conference, which has drawn up rules of air regulations obviating the possibility of collision between machines. Aircraft following canals and railways will keep them on tho left about three hundred metres distance. Airmen on recognsed routes will keep to the right. These must ho crossed at right angles. It was agreed that aeroplanes used in connection with the League of Nations should have a. special identification mark, a black line across the nationality mark, preventing delay in entering different countries, particularly when it was necessary to rush delegates to Geneva without customs delay. A new air dictionary eliminates “dirigible,” and retains “airship”. It recommended electric power transmission posts near aerodromes should ho marked.
