Laughton, claim for £2 2s 6d. Judgment for plaintiff 23s Gd. Geo. Alright (Mr Elcock) v. Albert Thomas, judgment summons £8 os, and costs 15s 6d. Order made for payment forthwith, in default 14 days. E. C. Toohev (Afr Elcock) v. Albert Thomas, judgment summons £4 3s 6d. Order made for payment forthwith, m default 7 days. An appeal against a maintenance order was heard. Mr Joyce appearing for the applicant husband, and Mr Elcock for the wife. After hearing evidence the application for a revision was dismissed.
