[Australia & N.Z. Cable Association.] BALKAN POSITION. LONDON, April 19. The Belgrade correspondent of The y Times, reports that the Skupshtina has re-assembled to-day. It separated after the reading of a decree from the King terminating the session until next August. Despite the fact that M. Vreukatchevitch has announced that a new Ministry has been formed to carry on the Parliamentary business, it is expected that the Skupshtina will be dissolved and that a general election will follow, when the Government should be assured of a Parliamentary majority on the new combination of parties. ATHENS, April 20. Warlike preparations continue in Albania. Six Albanian battalions have left Albania for the Serbian frontier.
