This acounts for his .determination to pursue the Chinese Revolution on the original lines, according to the late Doctor Sun A'at Sen’s policy. General Chiang Kai Slick has ordered the removal of the Nationalists’ capital from Hankow to Nanking. He has established a new .Ministry of Conservatives, thus becoming himself the dominant factor in Chinese military and political circles.

The first dismissed Chiangkainshek from the post of Comuiander-in.-Chief of the Nationalist forces, and orders his arrest and punishment, the second appoints Fengyuhsiang to succeed Chiangkaisliek with Fengsengchi, flic military Governor of Honan, an associate Cbmmander-in-Chief. 'Die latter has been ordered to advance on Nanking and attack Chiangknishek. The third mandate announces the severance of nl' relations with Nanking and Shanghai.
