[Australian & N.Z. Cable Association,] YEARLING SALES. SYDNEY’, April 2d. At the yearling sales, 176 lots were sold for 09,882 guineas, BODIES FOUND. >0(1 this day at 8 a.m.) SYDNEY’, April 20. A launch was found washed ashore at Botany Bay, and nearby the .bodies of two fishermen. The police are searching the launch for identification of the bodies found, A third body was found, covered with sand, ill the bottom of the launch. It is feared there may have been more than three in the boat when it was wrecked. This brings the storm death roll to nine. The gale, accompanied by heavy rain is still raging. POSITION OF RIVERINA, SYDNEY, April 20. Fishermen at Mallaeoota state the Riverina is tod firmly embedded in the sand to he got off, ;iiid passengers will have to he landed by means of a flying fox. The Riverina is five to six miles off the course usually taken by ships. The Goullkiiimi is unable to come close in and fishermen are patrolling the beach day and n/gllt in case assistance is needed.
