HANKOW REPORT.
SHANGHAI, April 18.
Chiang Kai-shek has declared a separate Government at Nanking and is preparing to advance ot Ilaukow to clear out Communists, in continuation of the programme eommeiued in the Shanghai district. As a consequence of this, reports state the Hankow Government is massing troops on both banks of the A'angtsze, in order to counteract anti-Communist activities. Sporadic lighting lias already occurred.
