Fisher was returned as Mayor unopposed. Three seats on the Council are not filled. PALMERSTON N T ., April 13. Three candidates are nominated for the Mayoralty—R, K. Edwards. A. .1. Graham and A. tv Bennett. The present Mayor. F. .1. Nathan, is not seeking re-election.. Sixteen candidates are nominated for nine seats on the Borough Council. WELLINGTON. April 13. For "Wellington City Council 32 are nominated. 15 being required. For four Harbour Board seats there are nine contestants, and for 14 Hospital Board seats there are 24 nominated. Messrs C. H.
