COMPENSATION CASE. GISBOIINE, April 12. At.the Supreme Court judgment was given by Air Justice Ostler in the ease of John Alackay v. I'nion Steamship Coy., a claim of €2,015 damages for injuries received when unloading the steamer Kamo. Plaintiff was awarded the amount paid into court, namely €7OO, which with the addition of sums previously paid, made a total of £IO6O Costs were allowed against plaintiff.
