On the recommendation 1,1 the c ‘* w '" trinity Committee, the City Council decided last night (1) that domestic heating and cooking rate ho reduced from ljd to 1 per unit; (2) that the commercial radio rate Ik* reduced limn 2d to lid per unit. The new rate for doestic heating Und cooking will enable radiators and cookers to be supplied on the Id portion of existing lighting rate and will thus eliminate separate metebs for heating ond cooking,
