Scottish representation in tiie House of Commons will cease. The Lord High Commissioner in Scotland will lie appointed to represent the King. The Scottish Parliament will deal with all domestic affairs, except defence forces and foreign affairs, which will he administered jointly by Imperial and Scottish Minis tors.
