Rain and high winds are delaying Hinckler’s “round Britain flight” which apart from a spectacular nonstop aspect will he a useful guide to the capabilities of a little 80 h.p. circus engine for ihe Australian flight. Bench tests give reason for the greatest optimism. The engine is equal to twelve hours’ continuous flight tit 8o miles hourly.
