ALL BLACK TEAM. NAPIER, March 20. An interesting report has bees circulated from Wellington relative to a Hawke’s Bay man being in the running for the managership of tlie All Black team to tour South Africa. It is understood that the gentleman referred to is Air J. AY. Norrie. chairman of the Management Committee of the. Hawke’s Bay Rugby Union, and nlimager of the South British Insurance Company at Napier. During his four years’ chairmanship of the Hawke’s Bay Union Air Norrie proved himself a capable organiser, an energetic worker Vmd a tactful leader, and is considered here to be a vorv desirabie choice as manager of a touring team. Last year lie managed the Hawke’s Bay team on its visit ta Christchurch, and toured further south. Tt is also whispered here that “Alorrie’’ Brownlie, will captain the All Blacks oil the visit to the dark continent. He has led the invincible BO' Ranfurly Shield team with conspicuous success for the past five seasons and would bo an excellent choice as skipper. _________
