The accumulation of stocks at this end has in less than a fortnight been reduced by nearly one hall, sales in this period exceeding the totc.il sales toi January and February. Prices, of course, had to fall blit already normal conditions have brought about some recovery and in view of the anticipated greatly increased domestic and European production, it is fortunate that although wo have completely lost more than two months consumption on a relatively good market, we are now getting New Zealand produce back into the market even '-it somewhat disappointing prices. If the boycott bail continued, the New Zealand dairy industry was faced with an inevitable and complete disast< ■■
