[Australia & N.Z. Cable Association.? LONDON, March 22. The Tirana correspondent of the Time says:—The AlbanaiU frontier situation is tense. An aeroplane is making reconnaissances along the eastern frontier. The Daily Mail’s Vienna correspondent states:—Jussuf Sali Bcv, who was leader of uie Albanian independence movement against the Turks, and a merchant friend, both of whom were enemies of the President of Albania, Ahmed Bev Zony, have been assassinated at Tirana. The London Times’ Tirana correspondent reports that Sali Bey was murdered bv a Bulgarian retainer. His motive is supposed to lie revenge though public opinion attributes it to political reasons.
