EXCELSIOR FOOTBALL CLUB.

ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the above Chib was held last evening in Keller's Sample Rooms. Air J. J. Breeze Vice-President, presided over a large number of old and now members. The minutes of the previous annual meeting were read and confirmed. The report and balance sheet showing a small credit balance was read and adopted. Officers for the coming season were elected as follows:—Patron. G. A. Perry Esq., President, FI. M. Coulson. Esq.; Joint Secretaries, Messrs J. King and W. Kinlooh; Delegates, J. J. Breeze and TC McDonald; Additional vice-presidents, Messrs N. Fields, W. Berry, L. W. Louisson, E. C. Toohe.v, S. J. Preston. A. E. Benjamin; Executive Committee, E. Christiansen. M. Houston, W. Boss. W. Henderson and R. McDonald; (Tub-Cupt. Air Lon Hughes; Selection Committee, Messrs AV. Sherman, AV. Henderson and AV., Boss.

It was resolved to enter senior, junior and third-grade teams in the forthcoming championships.

Members’ subscriptions were fixed at 5s for seniors and juniors and Is for third-grade.

A Vitos of thanks were passed to all who had assisted the Chib during the past year, the members of the Ladies’ Social 'Committee being specially [hanked for their valuable assistance. The Secretary was instructed lo interview Air Evans, re arranging a match with a Christchurch team on Saturday, April 2nd.

New members were elected as follows:—R. Bell, A. Stopforth. AL Nestor, F. Schroder. 1.. Lareonihc, T. Tloulalian, J. Gngich, R. Gugicli, At. Davidson, R. Kelly, W. Palmer. T. Staines and D. .Tellie. The meeting then closed with the usual vole of thanks to the chair.
