[Australia & N.Z. Cable Association.] JUGO-SLAV APOLOGY. VIENNA. March 22. Sensational scenes marked a meeting of the Jugo-Slavian Skupschtnia, when there was a debate regarding the relations of Jugo-Slavia with Italy. Tlio debate ended in an uproar.The late Foreign Minister, MMI rumbitch, was speaking, when an Opposition Deputy named Wilder, sprang up and shouted: “The Italian Minister is still in Belgrade. Out with him and his band of spies! Why is he, still here? Our Minister at Rome must leave immediately.”
The Italian Minister to Jugo-Slavia, General Bordrero, was.at the time sitting in the front row of the Diplomatic Gallery Instantly an anti-Italian demonstration broke out among the Op-
position. The Foreign Minister, M- Peritali, expressed regret, in the name of the Government, that any Deputy should so far forget himself as to insult the representative of a foreign power, ■Tlio President of the Skupsclitina suspended the Deputy Wilder. He 'then adjourned the session, * after' which the Premier, M. Uzunovitch, called a special meeting of the Cal>inet. Then M. Peritch visited General Brodrero (the Italian Ambassador) and apologised officially.
A MILITARY INQUIRY. LONDON, March 22
The Daily Express’s Paris correspondent states:—The French and German Governments have reached pin agreement to send an International Committee of Military Attaches to Albania. They will go to the frontier to study the question of-the- irregular bands there.
Tt is believed that the British and other Governments will approve.
