Daldy has now written to the Hon. W. Nosworthy, stating that the ease ho referred to happened 12 months’ ago, saying: “He has since gone south, and I have no record of his name and present address.” Rev. Daldy adds that, while the majority of the hoys may he well treated, “ there are sufficient oases where the accommodation and food arc of such a nature as to call for investigation.”
