The cricket match between Otago and Aielbourne Club was resumed today on a wicket which was soft in the morning, hut improved later in the day. Melbourne carried their score to 396.

Onyons made 137, Sandford 122, T. Armstrong 43, and Rogerson 17. Blunt took four wickets for 76.

Otago have lost three wickets for 56. Ivnight scored 36 and AfeAlullan (net out) 10. Ebeling took one wicket for 10 runs, and Ransford one for 14.
