THEFT CHANGES. AUCKLAND, March 14. At the Police Court, a Maori named "Walter Hunter pleaded guilty to breaking into four dwellings and stealing clothing, jewellery and money of a total value of £96. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. On a charge of 'asaulting Constable Carroll he was sentenced to fourteen days gaol.
