Lewen luck both the respect and the confidence necessary for the positions they occupy, and that the General Secretary be informed that this Association is a democratic institution, and that no instructions will lie accepted they be formally endorsed Lithe Executive Council: tint this Branch endorse the action of the Executive Council in suspending Mr AlcArley and in ventilating the measures employed by him to prevent Air •L.I. Pennell from being elected Delegate for Wellington : that this Branch pledge itself to support the Executive Council in any action taken to vindicate its power and authority that it is the opinion of this Branch that a full meeting of the Grand Council should be held as soon as vacancies are filled to deal with the existing cricis in the organisation.”
