George William Fawcett and C buries Fawcett, and which the jury gave a verdict for £IOOO the previous day lor the death of Peter C’armodv, nn employee of tlie defendants’ mill. At the close of counsel's address His Honour suggested that the ease was a suitable one to go before the Full Court. Besides being of considerable importance to the parties the case was of some general importance. After some discussion it was left for counsel to decide whether the case should go to the Full Court and if so whether the case should he heard at Christchurch or AVellington,
