Frank Woods, 30. for breaking, entering, theft and false pretences, to 3 years reformative.

Benjamin Henry Bright and Peter Pignnm to 3 years reformative for breaking and entering. Harold Janies Bedford to one year's hard labour and declared an habitual criminal, for breaking and entering. SUPREME COURT SENTENCE. AUCKLAND. March 7.

At. the Supreme Court Justice Herdman sentenced Alfred Turnbull, aged 17. for breaking and entering, theft, and attempted breaking and entering to reformative detention for two years. Henry Cooper, theft at Tauranga (at present serving three years’ reformative detention) to three years’ hard laliour concurrent with the present sentence.
