AUCKLAND, March 4. After another protracted debate on the Civic Square proposals the Auckland City Council last evening rejected the report of the Sulnmn Commission and the situation is now as it was before the Commission commenced the enquiry. The Council was unable to reach a decision as to what should be done with the site. A series of motions and amendments, concerning its disposal were repected.
