Miss K. Miller (Otago) to-night essayed to lower Miss Gwytlia record of Gmin. Bsec. for 440 yards, but she failed l>y 1 1-5 sec. Miss Ena Stocklev (Auckland) established tbe time of 33 2-5 secs, for the 50 metres, for which there was hitherto no record in Now Zealand.
