At present the fanner in many cases is carrying on at a loss. I'ntler these circumstances he is prevented front putting forward at an additional cost the extra effort required to increase his production. The best way to help him lo increase his output is for the rest of the community. at the same time, and in its own interest, to increase its output as well. —The Dominion.
