Government has also indicated it is in favour of publication of statistics, both private and Government factories, hut it is understood United States will not agree to anv form oi international control of arms manufactured in l idled States.
AIRMEN KILLED. BUENOS AYRES. Feb. 26. Captain ('. E. Woolse.v. Commander of the American plane “Detroit, ' and relief pilot. Lieut. J. W. Benton, were killed on Saturday in a collision between an army plane ‘‘Detroit and “New York.” while on route to Palomar airfield, outside Buenos Ayres.
