ACCIDENT TO RIDER. NELSON. February 23

An unfortunate accident happened oil the course early this morning to AAL Creighton. AAhile he was exercising Dominion Rose, the horse got out of control, and raced two or three times round the track, when if collided with a fencing near the saddling paddock, throwing (lie rider, who sustained a fracture of both hones of ihe right leg. He was admitted to the hospital, and is progressing satisfactorily.
