Florcnco Vidor, Tom -Moore, Esther Tt nls ton. anil Font Sterling, of comedy fame, are featured in the principal roles of the Paramount comedy “ The Trouble with Wives,” which will he the feature at the Princess Theatre inniglit. Malcolm St. Clair, who mad* “Are Parents People?” directed the production, an original screen story by Snda Cowan and Howard fliggin. .Miss Vidor, who had trouble with her husband fMenjon) in “ Are Parents People?” is at it again in ibis one. But she wins him hack. She’ll win you over, too. .Miss Vidor is specialising in gorgeous gowns these days. She wears some real novel creations in “ The Trouble with Wives.” Tom -Moore, as the hen-pecked husband, is exceptionally well east. .Miss Ralston, the golden-haired beauty who took a might lea]) up the ladder of fame as the- mother in “ Peter Pan.” has been
going u]) ever since—in “ Beggar on Horseback.” “The Little French Girl.” and “ r l'he Lucky Devil” and now “The Trouble With Wives ” finds her more charming than ever. They kept Ford Sterling on the receiving end of custard fiios for years when all the while they were hiding one of the best light comedians on the screen. That’s tlio way you’ll find him in this production. Other prominent names in the supporting cast include Edward Kennedy, Lucy Beaumont, Etta Lee and William Court right.
“ The Perils of the Wild ” serial and a good comedy, complete a fine display to-night.
