WEATHER FORECAST AT NOON. The indications are for freshening westerly winds, strong to gale. Expect warm and sultry weather with increasing haze and cloudiness. A storm appears to be approaching from the west. The barometer has a rising tendency, hut falling again soon. Seas considerable and tides good on the Coast.
