“The Splendid Road,” a Frank-Lloyd First National picture, scheduled to be shown to-night at the Princess Thearc, was passed in review before a number of historical societies. “The Splendid Road” is a romance based on the California gold rush of 1819 and the producers referred to the historical societies for complete accuracy.
