BELGIUM’S OLD COINS. BRUSSELS, Jan. 22. The National Bank of Belgium is buying up old gold and silver coins. Payment for them is at the rate of twenty-seven lielgas (the new coins) for a twenty-franc piece. The Bank hopes to receive the contents of the small farmers’ “stockings.”
