According to the “Echo do Paris” military chiefs in compliance with AL Poincare’s instructions, are preparingwithout delay on definite plans of defence works on the northern land north eastern frontier of France, as a substitute for the withdrawal of the Rhineland Army. The depth of the defence Bono will correspond with that of of modern battlefield. The Government will seek the necessary credits from Parliament, as soon as the plan is prepared.
