There are only two links left in the four aside- event and they commenced play shortly after noon. If Wright, AlcAlillan, Rowling, Benefield, skip (St. John’s. Wanganui) beat Gregory. Bentley, Smith. Stewart, skip (Dunedin) the re-play will follow immediately afterwards as Stewart has two lives to Benefield’s one. This morning’s results were—Singles A. Suiellie 'Green Island) beat Maxwell Walker 15 to 13. Walker was Dominion champion for 1915, 1919 and 1923. Tlto.se still left in the singles are:— Two lives—A. C'. Alelulyre (.Hamilton) ; one life—Sncllie, O. Clarke ■ Rocky Nook), and Norrie Bell (Hamilton). The draw for (lie next round is: Bell v. Mclntyre. If Bell wins lie will probably meet Clarke, leaving Suiellie to play Mclntyre for the latter’s other life.
