TIIK MOD El! NS”—TO-NIGHT

Colleen Moore, the inimitable little star of “Sillily,” and less recently “Flaming Youth” and “Tho Perfect Flapper,” brings another vastly entertaining role to tho screen in Mary Sundalo, the English flapper heroine of ‘‘Wo Moderns,” coming to-night to tho Princess Theatre. She is supported by Jack Mulhall at tho bead ot a big oast. Some very wonderful clients have been achieved lately by means of a new process of color photography, which does away with the rather li'arsh and crude colors obtained by the ordinary process. A fine example of this is seen in “We .Moderns,” tho very entertaining film which opens to-night at the Princess Theatre. The climax of the story, which takes place in England, comes when .an aeroplane contain" a- wild party of youths arid girls comes into violent collision with a raiding Zeppelin, which bursts into flamo and clashes to the ground. Tho whole episode is done in natural color, thus making tho incident unusuaflly realistic and spectacular. Tho story of “We Moderns,” which deals with English youtli during and ■after the war, provides Colleen Moore with an exceptionally fmo role, of which she takes full advantage and to which she does moro than justice. Many of the biggest scenes were taken actually in T.ondnn lagainst backgrounds which are bywords the world over, as, for instance, Piccadilly Circus, Tho Strand, Trafalgar Square, and m'any other equally famous spots. A topical and comedy will also ho shown, to-night. On Wednesday Ibanez’s great story “Tho Torrent” will be shown for one night only. Don’t forget six complete changes weekly.
