Vs a Ircquenl traveller on tin railway line between Hokitika and Bos-:, I desire through you t.o call the attention of the railway authorities to the danger that exists almost daily by reason of entile trespassing on the railway line between RuaLinu and Bos:-:. ’ I nolice llmi the fencing on the Railway Reserve north of Rmitapu is kept' ill good condition, hut ihe same cannot be said of the Railway fencing between Rualapu and 80--. Numerous breakages have uererred on the latter portion which have not been repaired and there Is no doubt il Is through these breaches ilial the entile are able to There i- no doubt in iny mind that ihe only way to avert a serious accident in the near future will he for the railway nuthririties lo see that the fencing of the Reserve mi the southern end of Ihe Loss line is kept in equally good condition with the fencing between Hokitika and Eunlnmt.
