Above all, do not let us forget that the only freedom worth having is the freedom to do right; that the juice of that freedom is unceasing vigilance: and that we shall assuredly he lost and destroyed if it should ever come to pass that hatred of tyranny, ol whatever kind, and in whatever disguise, ceases to he one of tho strongest characteristics of the English race. ’—Lord He wart.
