New Zealand and Australian 38,350 crates, against 139,100 boxes and 30,400 crates at the same time last year. A shipment of New Zealand produce arrived this week per s.s. Hororata. CONTROL BOARD FIGURES. WELLINGTON. January 11. For the four weeks ended January 7. the quantities of dairy produce under control of the Dairy Produce Board which were sold were:— Butter—Creamery, 130,086 boxes; whey. 2916. Average prices ‘ for creamery were 171 s 6d per cwt, for whey 149 s and for cheese 93s 3d. Sales to Canada totalled 85.700 boxes of butter and to the United States 35.000 boxes.
