President Coolidge, in a special message, explaining the Nicaragua policy lo Congress, declared war munitions supplied Sncasa revolutionists bore evidence of having belonged to the Mexican Government. President Coolidge’s message continued : •• Boats carrying these munitions were outfitted at Mexican ports. MAR-INKS FOR CHINA. WASHINGTON, Jan. 10. The Navy Department announced today that arrangements had been nuulo for the immediate transportation to China of a marine detachment from Guam.
