Fowler, failure to attend parade or notify change of residence. Fined -3s and costs 7s. WANDERING CATTLE. A. Dale, County Roadman,. (Mr Park) v. A. W. Dowell, a charge of allowing a pony to wander on the County road. Fined os and costs 17s Gd. Same v. M. Moynihan, a bay mare, Kokntnln Road. Fined 5s and costs 17s Gd. Borough Inspector (Mr Park) v.
